Before you can withdraw a bonus, you need to place bets totalling a set amount — that is the wagering or rollover requirement. Example: you deposit ৳1,000, receive a ৳1,000 welcome bonus, and your balance becomes ৳2,000. A 20x wagering requirement on the bonus means you must place ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

While a bonus is active, you cannot place more than a set amount per round. Exceeding the limit may result in the bonus being cancelled — so follow the limit stated in the T&C.

Not all games count equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino or table games may contribute a lower percentage.

Every bonus is valid for a limited time. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set period, both the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited.

A sticky bonus can be wagered but cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from it can be withdrawn. A non-sticky bonus can be withdrawn as cash once the wagering requirement is met.

Some bonuses have a cap on how much you can withdraw. Any winnings beyond that limit are generally not paid out, so check this condition before claiming a bonus.
